Which Methodology is better: Agile Scrum or Waterfall?

Two words come to mind when I think of the difference. Those words are rigid vs flexible. You guessed it – the more rigid approach is waterfall, and the more flexible approach is agile scrum. They are both such opposites that it is hard to say which one is better. It really depends on the project, the level of clarity around requirements, and how flexible you can be.
